SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA

We ship Australia-wide for free with Australia Post's trackable parcel post. Once shipped, you will receive and email with your tracking number. Your order should arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Where possible, we recommend having your order shipped to a business address. MAY & HUGO is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped.

WORLDWIDE

We ship worldwide using DHL Express door-to-door trackable mail. Shipping is free for orders over the value of $150 AUD. For orders under $150, shipping is $20 AUD to USA, and $30 AUD for the rest of the world. Depending where you are, your order should be delivered within 2-7 business days of purchase. Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs. RETURNS 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must first email info@mayandhugo.com quoting your order number, reason for return and, if exchanging, what item you would like in exchange. You will receive a response within 72 hours with a return authorisation number and return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost we paid for shipping will be deducted from your refund, even if you received free shipping for your order. This cost varies depending on which country you are in.

When returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the hygiene sticker in place.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Your exchanged item will then be shipped or your refund processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
